What this site collects

The public pages do not ask you to open an account, and they do not include a form. You can read the circuit, the title desk, the gear notes, and the policies without giving us a name.

If you email or call the desk, we use what you send only to answer, to correct a page, or to follow a venue and gear note you asked us to look at. We do not sell that correspondence.

What we do not run

• No reader accounts and no comment system.
• No checkout and no mailing-list form.
• No advertising profile built by this site.

Technical visits

Like most websites, a host may keep ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to understand failures. They are not used to build a marketing profile.

Fonts and the layout library are loaded from third-party networks. Those providers may see a technical request from your browser. Details sit on the Cookie Policy.

How long mail is kept

Correspondence is kept while the 2026 season is active and for a short archive after a correction is published, then deleted when it is no longer needed for the note you sent.

Your requests

If you want a copy of mail we still hold about you, or you want it deleted, write to hello@ambaplaylife.com with the address you used. We will answer in English. You may also contact the Dutch data protection authority if you believe a request was handled poorly.

Changes

If this policy changes in 2026, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
